  • The payment terms are 7 days.
  • An invoice for 50% of the total amount will be sent at the beginning of the project, the remaining 50% will be invoiced upon your acceptance of the final copy.
  • This proposal includes two round of copy revisions where necessary.
  • This quote does not include graphic design or web uploading. This quote is to provide the words only, presented in Word document format.
  • If the Client should require major alterations to the copy (based on the brief provided), or the project objectives significantly change, I reserve the right to re-submit a quote proposal and/or review the quote if the job is already in progress.
  • If the job is cancelled once work has begun, the full amount will still need to be paid.
  • Unless specifically requested not to, I may from time-to-time feature completed work in my portfolio.
  • All information supplied by the Client will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of completing the services.
  • The parties agree that the copyright work delivered by the Copywriter to the Client remains the property of the Copywriter until all fees due to the Copywriter have been paid.
  • The Copywriter will strive to provide error-free work.
  • Typographical errors or mistakes that are clearly the fault of the Copywriter will be corrected at no charge.
  • Final proofreading is the responsibility of the Client.
  • The Copywriter assumes material and background information provided is legal and accurate and takes no responsibility for the material and how it is used once the Client has approved the final draft.
  • The Copywriter will not be held responsible for the reliability and performance of any third-party applications including website and social media platforms, and any other third-party applications used by the Copywriter in the course of its business.
  • The Copywriter will not be held liable or accountable for any issues arising from third-party applications making changes to their systems, terms and conditions or rights of use, nor for and security breaches of these platforms.

Your quote proposal is valid for 30 days from the submission date. Thank you for the opportunity.
